Wood Fired Sauna
Our wood-fired sauna features a premium Harvia heater, delivering a relaxing and traditional sauna experience. Renowned for its even heat distribution and efficient air circulation, the Harvia heater creates the perfect atmosphere, enhanced by the warm glow of the fire visible through its glass door.

We understand that some guests may be new to this traditional style of sauna, and we assure you there is no need to stoke the fire or apply water to the coals yourself. The temperature is carefully monitored by your experienced Sauna Master, using dual sensors inside and outside the sauna. We aim to maintain a consistent temperature between 80°C and 90°C, a comfortable and safe range suitable for all guests.

To elevate your experience, your Sauna Master will periodically enter the sauna to adjust the heat and apply scented water to the coals, creating a uniquely soothing and aromatic environment.

Sauna & Plunge: Cold Water Immersion
Sauna and cold water immersion offer a dynamic combination of benefits, from improved circulation and reduced muscle soreness to enhanced mental clarity and stress relief.

While our mobile sauna currently lacks a permanent site, and we cannot guarantee contrast therapy for all sessions, each session still provides the restorative benefits of sauna alone. If you’re unfamiliar with the area, we recommend checking prior to booking to ensure the availability of natural contrast therapy options.

Looking ahead, we aim to secure a permanent location to enrich your experience with access to natural environments like the sea, rivers, or lochs, alongside cold tubs when fresh water is an option.

Guided by the Soeberg Principle, we provide advice on optimal timings to maximize benefits, but it’s crucial to listen to your own body, whether you're new or experienced in this practice. For more details, please review our 'Sauna Rules and Guidance.'
