We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Wild Ritual. If you are not entirely happy, we're here to help.
Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without providing any reason. To exercise this right, please notify us via email at info@wildritualsauna.co.uk within this period.
Exemptions
Please note that the right to cancel does not apply to the following:
Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been opened after delivery.
- This includes essential oils and bath salts. Once these items have been opened, they cannot be returned or refunded.
Returns Process
For eligible returns (e.g., unworn sauna hats), please ensure they are in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at info@wildritualsauna.co.uk
- Return postage costs for unwanted items are the responsibility of the customer.
- If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return postage.
We recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service, as the return is the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us. We are not liable for any lost or damaged returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
- If returning a faulty or incorrect item, the cost of standard return postage will also be refunded.
This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
